I purchased the 3-year warranty mainly because the Garmin nuvi 1350 was factory refurbished. It will only be rated good if SquareTrade repairs my Garmin 1350 if it ever fails. So far so good.

They were so easy to work with. From the moment I made the call about our GPS freezing up, they instantly went into action! They walked me through one step, didn't work so they began processing my refund. From the UPS shipping label to the refund in my paypal account, it took about 5 days. Very fast, very friendly and with the purchase of our "new" GPS, we bought another 3 year warranty from SquareTrade!!!
Fast, trouble-free claim service July 27, 2010

Had a problem with a GPS unit purchased on eBay holding a charge. Luckily I had purchased a Square Trade Warranty on the unit. The claims process couldn't have been any easier! I called the toll free number, explained the situation, did the requested troubleshooting procedures, signed e-mailed affadavit that the unit weas still not working properly and refund check for my purchase price is on the way.

I hope I never need this warranty, but I think if I do that this was a great deal. It's a bit premature to actually rate the warranty, because I cannot speak to it's true value unless I actually have to use it.
